Returns and Exchanges 

We currently accept select returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for food goods.

Returns

Returns are allowable for goods if they are in their original packaging, unopened and undamaged. There is a $5 restocking fee for returns. Please email us at ola@myportuguesemarket.com for returns. Please include your Order # in the Subject Line.

Exchanges 

We only exchange products if they were damaged upon receipt.  Please send an email with a picture of the damage to ola@myportuguesemarket.com explaining the damage. Please include your Order # in the Subject Line.
