Ever inherited the "El Cerron" plantation from his father Irene Amayo. From the beginning, Ever adopted organic practices that benefited the nutrition of the soil and gave the plants greater vigor. Since that time the plantation has undergone many transformations and fruit trees, timber trees, and aromatic herbs have been planted along with coffee.
The beans of the micro-lot of "El Cerron, Ever Amaya" are harvested at their optimal degree of ripeness, then hydrolyzed for 12 hours and dried in the sun for 18 to 22 days.
This Whole Been Honduras Espresso is single origin and single harvest.
