The delicate aromas of this Hysson green tea take us miles away to the Azores islands of Portugal. Wild, earthy, slightly tart (think granny smith apples) perfumed and a little roasted/nutty with an almost velvety texture.
This Hysson is harvested from the top three leaves of the tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) that are harvested in July and August when the sun is stronger.
