Mourisca Quince Fruit Vinegar // 250mL

The Quinta Mourisca unique line-up of Gourmet Fruit Vinegars is all about minimizing waste. By using a family recipe and the remnants of jams produced with fruits of the season, the current generation at Mourisca led by Diana Falcão, infuses local white wine vinegar with locally-harvested fruits. These beautiful and unique fruit vinegars lend a tremendous pop of flavor, differing gently between harvests.

Produced in small batches using only local and season fruits, the Quince Fruit Vinegar from Quinta Mourisca was locally harvested in September in Tràs os Montes.

Gorgeous ripe strawberry notes in a white wine vinegar base make this versatile gourmet fruit vinegar ideal for finishing grilled fish and vegetables, adding to dressings and marinades, and drizzling over fruit and desserts.
