Hanalei Coffee Roasters

Hanalei Coffee Roasters began in a century-old plantation house, just in front of the taro patch, in the town of Hanalei, Kauai. Their mission at the time was to offer the broadest selection of Hawaiian coffee beans available. For 15 years, they roasted in-house and delighted in the process of introducing our guests to the distinct flavors of Hawaiian-grown coffees.

Eventually, the roasting business outgrew the plantation house. They sold the cafe so that they could focus fully on our primary passion: roasting specialty coffee.

Fast forward to 2024, and Hanalei Coffee Roasters is a proudly independent coffee roastery focusing on quality & small-batch roasts.
