Born in Portugal, raised in Spain, Chef Miguel de Carvalho has straddled two gastronomic cultures since birth. With a passion for pure ingredients and rich tradition, his international cuisine has taken him around the world as a chef in Michelin-starred restaurants and as a private chef, preparing experiences for foodies and novices alike.
He currently resides in South Salem, NY with his wife, presenting new gastronomic experiences to select clients in the greater New York area. Plus, he loves working with products from My Portuguese Market.
