Trout are oily fish (similar to salmon) but with less calories and packed with (surprise, surprise) omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins A & D and a chunk full of protein. The American Heart Association recommends consumption of at least 2 servings of oily fish to fulfill requirements of essential fatty acids, protein, minerals and fat-soluble vitamins.

Store at ambient temperature until opened, sealed and refrigerated up to two days after opening. Traditional Portuguese method production (pre-cooked).
