Ah, the joys of tuna. Historians say this incredibly versatile fish has been fished in the Mediterranean for at least 2,000 years. Whoa.
This "traditional" tuna paté gets a little hot kick with the addition of the Portuguese hot pepper, piri piri. Completely mouthwatering.
Just slather (or, ahem, lightly spread) on your favorite cracker and done. Yum yum. Too much heat? Add a squeeze of lemon to soften it up.
Ingredients: tuna, olive oil, tomato, spices (vinegar, red peppers, piri-piri), salt
Store at ambient temperature until opened, sealed and refrigerated up to two days after opening. Traditional Portuguese method production (pre-cooked).
